Ultra-white porcelain polished marble and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramics, and particularly relates to ultra-white porcelain polished marble which comprises a green body layer, a ground coat layer, a white printing glaze layer, a printing layer and a polished glaze layer from bottom to top; the ground coat layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of high-potassium feldspar powder, 18-21 parts of refined albite powder, 10-12 parts of special-grade nepheline powder, 3-4 parts of calcined talc, 2-3 parts of frit, 7-8 parts of special-grade washed kaolin, 10-11 parts of special-grade calcined kaolin, 18-22 parts of calcined a-type aluminum oxide micro-powder, 14-15 parts of ultrafine silicon micro-powder, 13-17 parts of zirconium silicate, 0.1-0.2 part of methyl cellulose and0.3-0.5 part of sodium tripolyphosphate. A preparation method comprises the steps: drying a green body formed by pressing to obtain the green body layer, sequentially forming the ground coat layer, the white printing glaze layer, the printing layer and the polished glaze layer on the surface of the green body layer, finally sending into a roller kiln for firing, and then polishing and edging to obtain the ultra-white porcelain polished marble. The whiteness of the ultra-white porcelain polished marble can completely reach 72 degrees or above, the texture is clearer, the pattern is more vivid,and the visual effect of stone simulation is achieved.
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种超白瓷抛大理石,其由下至上包括坯体层、底釉层、白印刷釉层,印花层和抛釉层;底釉层包括以下重量份原料:高钾长石粉10‑12份,精钠长石粉18‑21份,特级霞石粉10‑12份,烧滑石3‑4份,熔块2‑3份,特级水洗高岭土7‑8份,特级煅烧高岭土10‑11份,煅烧a型氧化铝微粉18‑22份,超细硅微粉14‑15份,硅酸锆13‑17份,甲基纤维素0.1‑0.2份,三聚磷酸钠0.3‑0.5份;其制备方法为:先将压制成型的坯体进行干燥得到坯体层,然后在坯体层表面依次形成底釉层、白印刷釉层,印花层和抛釉层,最后送入辊道窑烧成,之后经抛光、磨边得到超白瓷抛大理石。本发明的超白瓷抛大理石的白度可以完全达到72度以上,纹理更清晰,图案更逼真,达到石材仿真的视觉效果。
