Road and bridge pavement asphalt paving device
The invention discloses a road and bridge pavement asphalt paving device. The paving device comprises a front base and a rear base; rollers are mounted on the front base and the rear base; front-backsliding between the front base and the rear base is achieved through a left sliding piece and a right sliding piece; a discharging frame is connected between the front base and the rear base, and thedischarging frame is formed by sequentially and rotationally connecting four scraping plates; the two corners of the discharging frame are fixed ends and are rotationally connected with the opposite side walls of the front base and the rear base correspondingly; the other two corners of the discharging frame are free ends; an electromagnet is arranged in the front base; a permanent magnet is arranged in the rear base; and when the current direction of the electromagnet is changed, the electromagnet can generate attraction force or repulsion force on the permanent magnet; and therefore, the front base and the rear base are close to each other or far away from each other. Compared with an existing fixed discharging frame, the discharging frame has the advantages that asphalt on the side canbe better pushed into a crack, the repeated filling frequency is reduced, the filling quality is improved, the heat loss can be reduced, and the better fixing effect of the asphalt can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种道路桥梁路面沥青的铺装装置,包括前基座和后基座,前基座和后基座上均安装有滚轮,前基座和后基座之间通过左、右两个滑动件实现前后滑动,前基座和后基座之间连接有放料框,放料框由四块刮板依次转动连接形成,放料框的两个角为固定端、分别与前基座和后基座的相对的侧壁转动连接,放料框的另外两个角为自由端,前基座内设有电磁铁,后基座内设有永磁铁,电磁铁在电流方向发生改变时,会对永磁铁产生吸力或斥力,使得前基座和后基座相互靠近或相互远离。相较于现有的固定式放料框,本放料框能够更好地将边侧的沥青推入裂缝中,减少反复填料的次数,提高填料的质量,还能够减少热量的损耗,使沥青能够实现更好的固定效果。
