Rigid combined steel bridge deck pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a rigid combined steel bridge deck pavement structure and a construction method thereof. The rigid combined steel bridge deck pavement structure comprises a steel bridge deck slab, a waterproof bonding layer, an ultra-high performance concrete layer and a modified polyurethane concrete wearing layer, wherein the waterproof bonding layer is composed of shear keys arranged onthe two opposite sides of the steel bridge deck slab and an epoxy resin layer coating the steel bridge deck slab; the ultra-high performance concrete layer is poured on the epoxy resin layer and wrapsthe shear keys; and the modified polyurethane concrete wearing layer is laid on the ultra-high performance concrete layer. The problems that in existing steel bridge deck rigid pavement, concrete pouring is not compact, the use performance of a pavement structure is threatened, and a surface layer of the pavement structure is prone to moving and delaminating or short in service life are solved.
本发明提供了一种刚性组合钢桥面铺装结构及其施工方法,该结构包括:由钢桥面板、防水粘接层、超高性能混凝土层和改性聚氨酯混凝土磨耗层组成,防水粘接层由设于所述钢桥面板的相对两侧的抗剪键和涂覆于所述钢桥面板的环氧树脂层组成,所述超高性能混凝土层浇筑于所述环氧树脂层上且包覆于所述抗剪键,所述改性聚氨酯混凝土磨耗层铺设于所述超高性能混凝土层上。本发明解决了现有钢桥面刚性铺装中,混凝土浇筑不密实对铺装结构的使用性能造成威胁,而且铺装结构的面层存在易推移、脱层的病害或使用寿命低的问题。
