Viaduct steel structure construction method
The invention discloses a viaduct steel structure construction method. According to the method, a viaduct steel structure comprises a main beam plate, wherein a bearing steel frame is installed in themiddle of the bottom of the main beam plate, two sets of parallel supporting steel frames are installed at positions, close to the two sides of the bearing steel frame, of the bottom of the main beamplate correspondingly, each supporting steel frame comprises a corresponding bottom steel beam, inclined steel beams are installed at positions, close to the two ends of the bottom steel beams, of the tops of the bottom steel beams correspondingly, a top supporting plate is installed between the tops of the two sets of inclined steel beams, a plurality of sets of clamping bases are installed at the top of the top supporting plate, a plurality of sets of butt joint bases are arranged at the bottom of the main beam plate, a welded beam is arranged on a center line of the bottom of the main beamplate, a plurality of sets of supporting beams are arranged on the two sides of the welded beam correspondingly, and a plurality of parallel reinforcing steel rods are arranged on the inner side of the bearing steel frame. The method improves the connecting firmness between the main beam plate and the supporting steel frame, meanwhile, effectively shares stress of the main beam plate, and prolongs the service life of the whole steel structure.
本发明公开了一种高架桥钢结构施工方法,高架桥钢结构包括主梁板,所述主梁板的底部中间安装有承重钢架,且主梁板的底部靠承重钢架的两侧分别安装有两组平行的支撑钢架,所述支撑钢架包括底钢梁,且底钢梁的顶部靠两端均安装有斜钢梁,两组所述斜钢梁的顶部之间安装有顶撑板,且顶撑板的顶部安装有若干组卡接座,所述主梁板的底部设置有若干组对接座,且主梁板的底部中线设置有焊接梁,所述焊接梁的两侧均设置有若干组支梁,所述承重钢架的内侧设置有若干根平行的加固钢杆;本发明提高了主梁板与支撑钢架之间的连接牢固度,同时有效的分担主梁板的受力,提高整个钢结构的使用寿命。
