The invention discloses a water circulating and cleaning sweeper for a city road. The water circulating and cleaning sweeper comprises a motor vehicle chassis and a secondary beam arranged on the motor vehicle chassis, wherein a power bin and a grading sewage treatment bin are arranged on the secondary beam; the tail part of the secondary beam is equipped with a vertical rear platform; a slide table which is in sliding fit to and is in blocking limitation with the rear platform is arranged on the rear platform; the slide table ascends and descends through a lifting hydraulic cylinder arrangedon the rear platform; the bottom of the slide table is equipped with a clear water sweeping mechanism and a sewage recycling mechanism; the clear water sweeping mechanism absorbs water to flush and clean a road surface by a clear water cavity of the grading sewage treatment bin; and the sewage recycling mechanism sucks road surface sewage to a sewage bin of the grading sewage treatment bin to accomplish settling, filtering and purifying for cyclic use. The water circulating and cleaning sweeper greatly reduces city road clearing and maintaining cost, ensures road environment quality, effectively reduces road water damages, and enables road cleaning and maintaining to be more convenient and quicker.
