Two first rotating shafts are rotationally connected into the U-shaped shell, idler wheels in friction connection with the upper end face of the land are fixedly connected to the first rotating shafts, and a rotating threaded shaft extending upwards is rotationally connected to theU-shaped shell; and the tail end of the top of the rotating threaded shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating disc, the rotating threaded shaft is in threaded connection with a lifting shell, a collecting cavity is formed in the lifting shell, and the lifting shell is in sliding connection with the U-shaped shell. According to the device, soil falling to the bottom end of a ridge can be collected, after collection is completed, a collecting cavity is sealed, the soil is prevented from falling again, meanwhile, a certain position of the left end wall or the right end wall of the ridge is repaired through manual judgment, the whole device does not need a person to go down to the bottom of the ridge, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and operation is easy.
