The invention discloses a nozzle assembly. A first water inlet nozzle communicates with a first water tank formed in one side of a spray head, a first water outlet hole penetrating through the spray head is formed in the first water tank, a second water inlet nozzle communicates with a second water tank formed in one side of the spray head, and a flow channel communicating with the first water tank and the second water tank is further formed in the spray head; the surface of one side of a spray head cover and the first water tank are closed to form a first internal water path, and the surfaceof one side of the spray head cover and the second water tank are closed to form a second internal water path; and at least two flow guide holes are formed in a flow guide cover, and a cavity area isformed between the spray head and the flow guide cover. The invention further discloses a cleaning device with the nozzle assembly, an intelligent toilet seat and an intelligent closestool. Accordingto the nozzle assembly, the cleaning device, the intelligent toilet seat and the intelligent closestool, the flow of sprayed water is in a changing state through the internal structure of the nozzle assembly, the pulse feeling is achieved, an auxiliary device can be omitted, the product cost is reduced, the user experience feeling is improved, the utilization rate of the internal space is increased, and the energy consumption of the whole machine is reduced.
