The invention discloses an assembly type decoration suspended ceiling with a balance structure. The assembly type decoration suspended ceiling comprises a first plate body, four threaded holes are symmetrically formed at the four corners of the top of the first plate body, first rod bodies are arranged in the threaded holes, and external threads are integrally formed at the outer side walls of thefirst rod bodies; the first rod bodies are in threaded connection with the inner side wall of the threaded holes through the external threads; and the first rod bodies are driven to rotate, so that the position of the first plate body is adjusted through the relation between the external threads and the threaded holes, after the first plate body is adjusted to a proper position, the first rod bodies are inserted into clamping grooves in a ceiling, and therefore the suspended ceiling is installed, and then a second plate body swings up and down in a first through groove, so that balls roll left and right in a back and forth manner along the track of the inner side wall of a second groove, and the first plate body is kept balanced. Through the above manner, the suspended ceiling cannot incline, and therefore attractiveness and safety of the suspended ceiling cannot be affected.
