The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof construction of house buildings, and particularly relates to a roof heat-preservation waterproof layer and a dry construction method thereof.The roof heat-preservation waterproof layer comprises a roof, wherein the upper end of the roof is compactly filled with an asphalt cold primer oil layer, a gas-insulation layer is arranged on the upper end face of the asphalt cold primer oil layer, and a self-adhesive SBS coating is arranged on the lower end face of the gas-insulation layer. The roof heat-preservation waterproof layer has the beneficial effects that by arranging an ultra-thick heat-preservation layer for layered staggered joint pasting, a heat-preservation plate is pasted through special PU glue instead of mortar, and wet operation is reduced; and a waterproof system adopts two compatible waterproof coiled materials which are directly pasted on the heat-preservation layer, a leveling layer constructed on the heat-preservation layer is omitted, the defect that the leveling layer contains water and is long in drying time or construction cannot be conducted after rain is avoided, the project progress is accelerated, andthe construction period is shortened.
