Antibacterial, mildew-proof and flame-retardant wall cloth and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an antibacterial, mildew-proof and flame-retardant wall cloth. The antibacterial mildew-proof flame-retardant wall cloth comprises a flame-retardant fiber outer layer, a bonding layer and a base layer, wherein the flame-retardant fiber outer layer and the base layer are bonded through the bonding layer, the flame-retardant fiber outer layer is made of polyimide fiber, the base layer is made of antibacterial non-woven fabric with a micropore structure, and the bonding layer is made of breathable glue with a micropore structure. The invention further provides a preparation method of the antibacterial, mildew-proof and flame-retardant wall cloth. The preparation method comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out water-based wet resin and antibacterial agent coating treatment on the antibacterial non-woven fabric, and generating micropores along with the escape of water vapor in the coating in the drying process to form the antibacterial non-woven fabric witha micropore structure, thereby forming the base layer; S2, weaving polyimide fibers to form the flame-retardant fiber outer layer; S3, selecting breathable glue with a micropore structure as the bonding layer; and S4, bonding the base layer and the flame-retardant fiber outer layer through the bonding layer to form the antibacterial mildew-proof flame-retardant wall cloth.
