Prestressed steel pipe supporting structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prestressed steel pipe supporting structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises at least one prestressed steel pipe supporting assembly; each of the prestressed steel pipe supporting assemblies mainly comprises a pair of anchor plates, two sections of seamless steel pipes, a pair of end plates, a plurality of connecting rods, and a plurality of baseplates; the central axes of the two sections of seamless steel pipes are located on the same straight line; the outer ends of the two seamless steel pipes are connected with the anchor plates respectively; the inner ends of the two seamless steel pipes are provided with the end plates respectively; the connecting rods are arranged between the two end plates, so that a prestress device can be arranged in the middle between the two end plates; one end of each of the connecting rods is connected with one end plate, and the other end the connecting rod is not connected with the other end plate; gaps exist between the connecting rods and the end plates after being prestressed; and the base plates fill the gaps and are fixedly connected with the connecting rods and the end plates. According tothe prestressed steel pipe supporting structure and the construction method thereof, the space occupied during construction is reduced, high practicability and field operability are achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction cost is reduced, a supporting angle can be adjusted according to actual requirements, functions are diversified, and the supporting structure can be applied and popularized in reinforcing engineering of various structures.
本发明公开了一种预应力钢管支撑结构及施工方法,包括至少一个预应力钢管支撑组件,预应力钢管支撑组件主要由一对锚板、两段无缝钢管、一对端板、若干连接杆和垫板组成,两段无缝钢管中轴线位于同一直线上,两段无缝钢管外端分别与该对锚板连接,内端分别设有端板,连接杆设置在两端板之间,使得在两端板之间的中间位置可设置预应力装置,连接杆一端与其中一端板连接,另一端与另一端板无连接且在施加预应力后二者之间存在缝隙,垫板填满缝隙并与连接杆和端板连接固定。本发明减小施工时的占用空间,具有较强的实用性与现场可操作性,提高施工效率,降低施工成本,并可根据实际需求调整支撑角度,功能多样化,可在多种结构的加固工程中推广应用。
