The invention discloses a roadway suspension type transverse moving trolley, and relates to the field of three-dimensional parking equipment. The trolley comprises two transverse moving driving assemblies, two transverse moving driven assemblies, rotating driving devices, rotating bases and parking frames; each transverse moving driving assembly is provided with a transverse moving driving motor;the transverse moving driving assemblies and the transverse moving driven assemblies are provided with walking wheels and guide wheels and are installed on transverse moving guide rails of a garage roadway in a suspended mode through the walking wheels; and the rotating bases are arranged between the two transverse moving driving assemblies and the transverse moving driven assemblies, the rotatingdriving devices are installed on the rotating bases, and the parking frames are installed on the rotating driving devices. Transverse movement and rotary movement of a vehicle can be achieved at thesame time, the vehicle in-out time is saved, the garage operation efficiency is improved, when the vehicle is out of a garage, the vehicle head is adjusted to face the exit direction, and a driver candirectly drive out of the garage without reversing the vehicle to go out of the garage.
