The invention relates to the technical field of particle catchers, in particular to a gasoline engine tail gas particle catcher and a preparation method thereof. The particle catcher comprises a cylindrical bin, a conical air inlet bin is arranged at the left end of the cylindrical bin, annular fixing blocks are arranged at the positions, close to the two ends, of the outer wall of the cylindricalbin, annular positioning grooves are formed in the outer sides of the annular fixing blocks, fixing devices are movably connected into the annular positioning grooves, a combustor connecting pipe isarranged at the position, close to the left end, of the outer wall of the cylindrical bin, a ceramic catcher body is arranged in the cylindrical bin, and a conical gas outlet bin is arranged at the right end of the cylindrical bin. According to the gasoline engine tail gas particle catcher, the particle catcher can be installed and fixed to the bottom of an automobile through the fixing devices, afirst connecting pipe is in threaded connection with a gas inlet pipe, and a second connecting pipe is in threaded connection with a gas outlet pipe, and therefore the whole particle catcher can be conveniently detached; and the conical gas outlet bin is in threaded connection with the cylindrical bin, and therefore the ceramic catcher body in the cylindrical bin can be conveniently taken out andcleaned. According to the preparation method, a coating is arranged on the outer side of the particle catcher, and the isostatic pressing strength is about 1.1-1.5 MPa.
本发明涉及颗粒捕集器技术领域,具体为一种汽油机尾气颗粒捕集器及其制备方法。颗粒捕集器及包括柱形仓,柱形仓的左端设有锥形进气仓,柱形仓的外壁且靠近两端的位置设有均设有环形固块,环形固块的外侧开设有环形定位槽,环形定位槽内活动连接有固定装置,柱形仓的外壁且靠近左端的位置设有燃烧器连接管,柱形仓内设有陶瓷捕集器本体,柱形仓的右端设有锥形出气仓。该汽油机尾气颗粒捕集器,通过固定装置可以将该颗粒捕集器与汽车底部安装固定,通过第一连接管与进气管螺纹连接,第二连接管与出气管螺纹连接,从而便于将该颗粒捕集器整体拆卸下来,通过锥形出气仓与柱形仓螺纹连接,便于将柱形仓内的陶瓷捕集器本体取出并进行清理。本发明的制备方法在颗粒捕集器的外侧设置涂层,等静压强度约1.1‑1.5MPa。
