The invention provides a desilting and detecting integrated device. The desilting and detecting integrated device comprises a desilting mechanism, a detecting mechanism and a connecting mechanism. Thedesilting mechanism comprises a desilting body, a first cavity and a second cavity are formed in the positions, located at the rear end, of the desilting body, and a dividing portion is arranged between the first cavity and the second cavity; the desilting body is provided with a first water injection hole and a plurality of first water outlets, wherein the first water injection hole and the first water outlets communicate with the first cavity, and the desilting body is also provided with a second water injection hole and a plurality of second water outlets, wherein the second water injection hole and the second water outlets communicate with the second cavity; the detecting mechanism comprises a camera shooting portion and a wireless end connected with the camera shooting portion, wherein the camera shooting portion can rotate by 360 degrees in the horizontal direction; and the detecting mechanism is connected with the desilting mechanism through the connecting mechanism. The deviceis easy to operate and safe in construction, the desilting effect can be detected according to the camera shooting portion, desilting can be conducted again through back dragging, the desilting quality is guaranteed, after desilting is completed, a desilting pipeline is detected through the camera shooting portion, desilting and detecting integrated construction is achieved, and the desilting construction efficiency and construction quality are improved. The invention further provides a desilting method.
