The invention discloses an anti-spilling feeding device for building engineering construction. The anti-spilling feeding device comprises a base, wherein an inner cavity is formed in the base. The left wall of the inner cavity communicates with a through hole with a leftward opening, the upper wall of the inner cavity communicates with a telescopic hole with an upward opening, and the lower wall of the inner cavity is fixedly connected with a supporting plate. A guide plate is fixedly connected with the left end of the supporting plate, a fixing shaft is fixedly connected with the left end ofthe supporting plate, a rotating gear is rotationally connected to the fixing shaft, and a rotating plate is rotationally connected to the fixing shaft. According to the anti-spilling feeding device for building engineering construction, a shaft sleeve and a sliding shaft can be controlled to rotate at a low speed through meshing of a low-speed bevel gear and a fixed bevel gear, a material frame is kept in a horizontal state all the time, the material spilling phenomenon is reduced, and therefore materials are prevented from spilling nearby the feeding device, the waste of the materials is avoided, and the manual cleaning cost is reduced; and meanwhile, a pedal cooperates with a connecting rod, a linkage plate cooperates with a sliding plate, and therefore whether a synchronous gear mesheswith a driven gear or not is controlled manually and mechanically at the same time, and the phenomenon that the feeding work is affected when the device has a fault is avoided.
