The invention discloses a treatment process of fiber reinforced concrete and concrete mixed with chopped fiber bead chains. The treatment process of the fiber reinforced concrete comprises the steps that 1, solid epoxy resin is placed at multiple positions of original fibers, and target fibers are obtained, wherein the multiple positions are spaced by a preset distance; 2, the target fibers are cut into preset lengths, and a plurality of target chopped fibers with the preset lengths are obtained; and 3, in the concrete stirring process, the target chopped fibers are added, and target concretemixed with the target chopped fibers is obtained. The technical problem that fiber concrete is poor in durability and crack resistance is solved.
本发明公开了一种纤维增强混凝土的处理工艺，混有短切纤维珠链的混凝土。其中，该纤维增强混凝土的处理工艺包括：步骤1：将固态的环氧树脂安置在原始纤维的多个位置上，得到目标纤维，其中，多个位置间距预设距离；步骤2：将目标纤维切断成预设长度，得到多个预设长度的目标短切纤维；步骤3：在混凝土搅拌的过程中，加入该目标短切纤维，得到混有目标短切纤维的目标混凝土。本发明解决了纤维混凝土的耐久性与抗裂性较差的技术问题。
