Preparation method of polycarbosilane with high silicon-hydrogen content
The invention discloses a preparation method of polycarbosilane with high silicon-hydrogen content. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by using polycarbosilane containing silicon-hydrogen bonds as a first raw material, and carrying out hydrosilylation reaction on the first raw material and a second raw material to obtain a first intermediate, wherein the second raw material contains silane with one or two CH2=CH- bonds, silicon atoms in the second raw material are connected with at least two Y atoms, and Y can be reduced into the silicon-hydrogen bond; carrying out reductionreaction on the first intermediate to obtain a second intermediate, then performing solid-liquid separation treatment on the second intermediate to obtain a third intermediate, using the third intermediate to the first raw material, and sequentially carrying out hydrosilylation, reduction reaction and solid-liquid separation treatment to obtain the polycarbosilane solution with high silicon-hydrogen content. The high-silicon-hydrogen-content polycarbosilane can be used as a raw material for preparing high-content heterogeneous element polycarbosilane.
本发明公开了一种高硅氢含量聚碳硅烷的制备方法:以含有硅氢键的聚碳硅烷作为第一原料,与第二原料进行硅氢加成反应获得第一中间产物,所述第二原料含有1或2个CH2=CH‑键的硅烷且所述第二原料中的硅原子上连接至少两个Y,所述Y可被还原成硅氢键,所述第一中间产物经过还原反应后获得第二中间产物,再将所述第二中间产物进行固液分离处理,制得第三中间产物,最后将所述第三中间产物替换所述第一原料,并依次硅氢加成、还原反应和固液分离处理,从而制得高硅氢含量聚碳硅烷的溶液。该高硅氢含量聚碳硅烷可成为制备高含量异质元素聚碳硅烷的原料。
