The invention relates to a sewage intercepting device. The sewage intercepting device is applied to a drainage system. The sewage intercepting device comprises a box culvert, a drainage branch pipe connected along the box culvert and a sewage intercepting pipeline for conveying sewage. The sewage intercepting device is characterized by comprising a tubular three-way connecting piece and a connecting pipe, and the three-way connecting piece is provided with an inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet and an accommodating space; the inlet is used for communicating the drainage branch pipe with theaccommodating space of the three-way connecting piece; the first outlet is used for communicating the three-way connecting piece with the sewage intercepting pipeline; the second outlet is used for communicating the three-way connecting piece with the space in the box culvert; the horizontal height of the first outlet is larger than the pipe top elevation of the sewage intercepting pipeline, andthe horizontal height of the second outlet is higher than that of the first outlet; and one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the three-way connecting piece, and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the sewage intercepting pipeline to communicate the accommodating space of the three-way connecting piece with the sewage intercepting pipeline. The sewage intercepting device is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and more convenient to install.
