The invention discloses a wind energy utilization type isolation fence. The wind energy utilization type isolation fence comprises a plurality of connecting piles and a plurality of water connecting pipes, wherein a connecting rod is jointly fixed between every two adjacent connecting piles; the insides of every two adjacent connecting piles are communicated through the corresponding water connecting pipe; an energy storage and discharge mechanism is arranged inside each connecting pile; each energy storage and discharge mechanism comprises a partition box and a transparent plate fixed to theinner wall of the corresponding connecting pile; a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the upper end of each transparent plate in a penetrating way; and a plurality of rotating blades are fixed to the circumferential side wall of each rotating shaft. The wind energy utilization type isolation fence has the advantages that airflow formed and driven by a vehicle is used for driving the rotatingblades to rotate, so that the rotating blades drive the rotating shaft to rotate, each pressing block approaches to a corresponding piezoelectric block under the effect of centrifugal force, and continuously collides with the corresponding piezoelectric block in the rotating process, so that the piezoelectric block continuously generates electric power and the electric power is stored in the storage battery; the energy conversion is completed; the connecting piles complete self satisfaction of electric power consumption; wind energy is sufficiently utilized; and the energy consumption is effectively reduced.
