The invention discloses an isolation protective fence based on new energy luminescence, and relates to the technical field of isolation fences. The isolation protective fence based on new energy luminescence comprises an off-grid energy storage solar inverter and further comprises stand columns installed on a foundation of an isolation area; the upper ends of the stand columns are provided with abearing frame used for installing the off-grid energy storage solar inverter; three pairs of anti-collision plates are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of every two adjacent stand columns throughbolts; photovoltaic panel isolation assemblies are installed between the opposite surfaces of the three pairs of anti-collision plates at equal intervals in the length direction through bolts; each photovoltaic panel isolation assembly comprises I-shaped plates which are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end, an installation base arranged in the middle, and two photovoltaic assemblies fixed to the upper side and the lower side of the installation base; the two ends of each I-shaped plate and the two ends of the corresponding mounting base are connected with the anti-collision plates through bolts; and the I-shaped plates are in sliding fit with the photovoltaic assemblies. Through the stand columns, the bearing frame, the anti-collision plates, the photovoltaic panel isolation assemblies and flash lamps, the utilization rate of the isolation fence is increased.
