The invention discloses a water-vapor mixed operation clean-keeping vehicle and an operation method. The vehicle comprises a vehicle body, sweeping discs are arranged at the left side and the right side of the front end of a chassis of the vehicle body respectively, a suction nozzle is arranged in the middle of the rear end of the chassis of the vehicle body, the top of the suction nozzle is connected to a suction fan, and water vapor purging terminals are arranged at the left side and the right side of the middle of the chassis of the vehicle body respectively. Each water vapor purging terminal comprises a purging support, a spraying device and a purging nozzle, the spraying devices and the purging nozzles are fixed to the purging supports, the water inlet ends of the spraying devices areconnected to a water supply source through a water supply pipeline, and the tops of the purging nozzles are connected to a purging fan through an air duct pipeline. Water mist sprayed by the sprayingdevices and air blown by the purging nozzles are fused together to form water vapor. The vehicle effectively solves the problems that a brush sweeper of the road sweeper is easy to consume, and the brush sweeper raises dust, and solves the endurance problem of using a large amount of water compared with a washing and sweeping vehicle.
