The invention provides a sea floating garbage collection device which comprises a platform, floating dams and a support. The floating dams are symmetrically installed at the lower end of the platform,the support is installed at the top end of the right side of the platform, a plurality of solar assemblies are installed at the top end of the left side of the platform, a garbage collection box is installed at the lower end of the platform, a sliding block is installed at the upper end of the garbage collection box, a sliding grove is formed in the lower end of the platform, and the sliding block is in sliding connection with the sliding groove. According to the sea floating garbage collection device, the device floats on a sea surface through the floating dams, a storage battery can be charged through the solar assemblies and a wind driven generator to be used by a motor, the motor rotates to drive a driving wheel to rotate, and a belt drives a driven wheel and a driving shaft to rotate, so that a propeller rotates to drive the device to move; water flow enters the garbage collection box and flows out from water flow holes, the water flow drives garbage to enter from an opening of the garbage collection box and collect the garbage, the garbage collection box is connected with the platform through the sliding block and the sliding groove, and disassembly and cleaning of the garbage collection box are facilitated.
