The suspension part comprises a base and an air cushion, the air cushion is fixed to the bottom of the base, a first inserting groove is formed in the base, and first through holes are formed in the bottom of the first inserting groove and the air cushion; and the measuring part comprises a measuring cylinder, a measuring rod, a main floating ball, a counterweight ball, a pulley, a gear and a number-of-turns sensor. The measuring rod and the main floating ball in the measuring part sink into water, and the main floating ball falls onto the surface of poured concrete; the main floating ball is jacked up by the lifted concrete, the main floating ball and the measuring rod ascend together, the measuring rod drives the gear to rotate in the ascending process of the measuring rod, and the numberof turns of rotation of the gear can be detected by the number-of-turns sensor connected with the gear; and the measured lifting height can be obtained through the number of turns of the gear and theouter diameter of the gear, so that constructors can know the underwater condition conveniently, the phenomenon of insufficient filling or excessive filling is avoided, and the construction accuracyis improved.
