The invention provides a fully-assembled prefabricated staircase. The fully-assembled prefabricated staircase comprises a staircase beam and a plurality of step plates, wherein one end of the staircase beam is slidably arranged on a first main body structure, and the other end of the staircase beam is detachably mounted on a second main body structure; and the plurality of step plates are detachably mounted on the staircase beam. The step plates adopt a decoration and structure integrated design, and additional laying of ceramic tiles, marble and the like is not needed; and the whole staircaseis prefabricated in a factory, can be assembled on site or assembled in the factory, and can be quickly mounted on site; and the staircase has the function of a construction staircase. The fully-assembled prefabricated staircase has the advantages that the manufacturing cost is reduced, the on-site construction period is shortened, and the appearance quality of the staircase is improved.
