The invention relates to a ditch table facet trowelling device and a ditch table facet trowelling method. The ditch table facet trowelling device comprises two walking guide rails arranged on the twosides of a ditch table along the length direction of the ditch table, a trowelling plate beam and two trowelling plates arranged on the trowelling plate beam at intervals, wherein a trowelling frame is arranged between the walking guide rails, the trowelling frame is erected on the walking guide rails and can reciprocate along the walking guide rails, and a material barrel is detachably mounted onthe trowelling frame; the trowelling plate beam is arranged in the width direction of the ditch table in an extending mode, and the trowelling plate beam is horizontally connected to the trowelling frame through two jacks oppositely arranged on the trowelling frame; and the trowelling plates are detachably and horizontally installed on the trowelling plate beam. According to the ditch table facettrowelling device, the trowelling plates are driven to quickly trowel ditch table facet layers through reciprocating walking of the trowelling frame.
