The invention discloses an uninterrupted charging device following a vertical circulation mechanical garage. The uninterrupted charging device comprises a frame, a large rotating chain arranged on theframe and a vehicle carrying plate rotating along with the large rotating chain, wherein a charging system power supply mechanism is arranged at one end of the frame and on the corresponding large rotating chain; and a charging system power taking mechanism used in cooperation with the charging system power supply mechanism is fixedly connected to the vehicle carrying plate. According to the uninterrupted charging device, electricity is transmitted to a rotating power supply ring inner ring through a sliding wire, a sliding cutter mechanism and a rotating power supply ring, and then the rotating power supply ring inner ring is electrically connected with a charging pile, so that the charging pile rotates along with the vehicle carrying plate of the vertical circulation mechanical garage and conducts charging at the same time. The rotating power supply ring serves as a transition connecting piece of the sliding cutter mechanism and the charging pile, and the sliding cutter mechanism isprevented from being wound with a power supply cable of the charging pile when the vehicle carrying plate rotates.
