The invention provides a ceramic membrane loaded with nano ferrite, and a preparation method thereof, and a sewage treatment method. The preparation method of the ceramic membrane loaded with the nanoferrite comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a bimetallic spinel type nano ferrite impregnation liquid by a sol method; 2, impregnating a ceramic membrane in the bimetallic spinel type nano ferrite impregnation liquid; 3, taking out the ceramic membrane from the bimetallic spinel type nano ferrite impregnation liquid, and drying the ceramic membrane; 4, repeating the step 2 and the step 3to obtain a ceramic membrane with the surface covered with a bimetallic spinel type nano ferrite impregnation membrane layer; and 5, transferring the dried ceramic membrane into a high-temperature furnace, and firing to obtain the ceramic membrane loaded with the nano ferrite particles on the surface. According to the invention, the purpose of removing emulsified oil in a water body is achieved through the interception effect of the ceramic membrane and the catalytic degradation effect of the iron oxide particles, and the anti-pollution performance of the ceramic membrane can be remarkably improved.
本发明提供了一种负载有纳米铁氧体的陶瓷膜、制备方法及污水处理方法。其中的负载有纳米铁氧体的陶瓷膜的制备方法包括:步骤1、溶胶法制备双金属尖晶石型纳米铁氧浸渍液;步骤2、将陶瓷膜在所述双金属尖晶石型纳米铁氧浸渍液内浸渍;步骤3、从双金属尖晶石型纳米铁氧浸渍液中取出陶瓷膜,烘干;步骤4、重复步骤2和步骤3,得到表面覆盖有双金属尖晶石型纳米铁氧浸渍膜层的陶瓷膜;步骤5、将烘干后的陶瓷膜转入至高温炉内灼烧,获得表面负载有纳米铁氧体颗粒的陶瓷膜。本发明通过陶瓷膜的截留作用和铁氧化体颗粒的催化降解作用达到去除水体中的乳化油的目的,并能显著提升陶瓷膜的抗污性能。
