The anti-crack concrete with the low shrinkage rate is prepared from a cementing material, modified fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a waterproof agent and water, the preparation method of the modified fine aggregate comprises the following steps: respectively crushing a ceramic waste material and hydrophilic fiber, then taking the ceramic waste material with a specific particle size as a material I to be used, and takingthe hydrophilic fiber with a specific length as a material II to be used; mixing the to-be-used material I and the to-be-used material II in proportion, and performing ball milling to obtain the modified fine aggregate; the preparation method of the anti-crack concrete comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the waterproof agent and the cementing material to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed slurry; adding the coarse aggregate into the mixed slurry, and uniformly stirring to obtain a premix; and adding the modified fine aggregateinto the premix, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-crack concrete. The anti-crack concrete provided by the invention can improve the utilization rate of the construction waste and reduce thegeneration of the construction waste, and has good anti-cracking performance.
