The invention discloses a dry-mixed mortar production process. The dry-mixed mortar production process comprises the following steps: step I, drying sand containing wet coarse sand and wet fine sand;step II, detecting the moisture content of the dried sand, separating the sand with qualified moisture content from the sand with unqualified moisture content, and continuously drying the sand with unqualified moisture content; step III, screening the sand with qualified water content, crushing the screened sand, refluxing the crushed sand, continuously screening, and storing the sand which is notscreened out; and step IV, mixing the stored sand, additives, cement and fly ash in proportion to prepare the dry-mixed mortar. According to the dry-mixed mortar production process disclosed by the invention, large-particle sand is screened out and is crushed for reuse, so that the production cost is greatly reduced.
