Ferrite wave-absorbing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ferrite wave-absorbing material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the chemical formula of the ferrite wave-absorbing material is AxByFezO. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting carbonate of A, oxide of B and Fe2O3 as raw materials, calculating according to a chemical formula AxByFezO, and weighing each raw material component; (2) adding the raw materials into a ball mill, adding steel balls and water, and carrying out ball milling; (3) sieving the ball-milled slurry to separate steel balls, and dehydrating the slurry; (4) granulating the dehydrated slurry into pellets, sintering the pellets in a kiln in an air atmosphere, and naturally cooling after the sintering is finished; and (5) crushing the sintered pellets into powder so as to obtain the product. According to the invention, by blending all elements in the formula, the wave-absorbing performance of the material is realized; and the preparation method is simple in process, high in production efficiency and low in production cost.
