Zirconium carbide ceramic precursor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a zirconium carbide ceramic precursor and a preparation method thereof. Zirconium oxychloride is used as a zirconium source, polyvinyl alcohol is used as a carbon source, andthe zirconium carbide ceramic precursor is prepared through a one-pot method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing, heating and stirring polyvinyl alcohol and H2O until polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved in water; dropwise adding a zirconium oxychloride solution prepared from ZrOCl2.8H2O and H2O, heating, stirring and drying to obtain a zirconium carbide ceramic precursor; the method has the characteristics of wide and easily available raw material sources, low cost, no toxicity of the solvent, no pollution to the environment, simple preparation process, short period, high controllable degree and low requirement on test equipment.
本发明涉及一种碳化锆陶瓷前驱体及制备方法,以氧氯化锆作为锆源,聚乙烯醇作为碳源,利用“一锅法”制备而成。制备过程:将聚乙烯醇和H2O混合加热搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解在水中;再滴加ZrOCl2·8H2O和H2O配制成的氧氯化锆溶液,加热搅拌干燥,制得碳化锆陶瓷前驱体。本发明具有原料来源广泛易得到、成本低廉,溶剂无毒性、对环境无污染,制备工艺简单、周期短且可控程度高,对试验设备要求低的特点。
