The patterns or characters printed on the surface of the cloth have wear resistance through nanotrioxide wear-resistant emulsion, so that the wear probability of patterns and characters is reduced, the pull belt is protected, and the wear resistance of the pull belt is improved; and the pull belt is integrally wrapped by the wear-resistant layer, the wear resistance of the pull belt is further improved, the wear probability of the pull belt is reduced, and the service life of the isolation belt is guaranteed.
