The invention discloses a rail supporting assembly and an assembling method thereof, a rail and a rail transit system. The rail supporting assembly comprises a prefabricated bearing platform and a prefabricated pier stud; the prefabricated bearing platform comprises a sinking cavity and a mortise part; the top of the sinking cavity is open; the mortise part comprises a mortise cavity and a mortiseblock; the mortise cavity communicates with the sinking cavity; the mortise block is located above the mortise cavity; the prefabricated pier column comprises a pier column body and a tenon part; thetenon part is connected with the pier column body; and the prefabricated pier column body is suitable for being pre-assembled in the sinking cavity and moving relative to the mortise part, so that atleast part of the tenon part enters the mortise cavity through the sinking cavity and is stopped below the mortise block, and therefore, mortise and tenon matching of the tenon part and the mortise part is achieved. According to the rail supporting assembly, the structural strength is high, and the construction speed is high.
