The invention provides a roadbed construction method of a peat soil foundation. The roadbed construction method comprises the following steps of an acquiring step, specifically, acquiring the optimalwater content value of sea sand in the maximum dry density state; a laying step, specifically, laying the sea sand on the peat soil foundation; a watering step, watering the sea sand to a preset degree; a rolling step, specifically, rolling the watered sea sand; and a detecting step, specifically, detecting whether the compaction degree of the rolled sea sand meets the preset standard or not, determining the preset standard according to the optimal water content value, and if the compaction degree of the rolled sea sand does not meet the preset standard, repeating the watering step, the rolling step and the detecting step till the compaction degree of the rolled sea sand meets the preset standard. By means of the roadbed construction method, the roadbed construction quality of the peat soil foundation can be effectively guaranteed, the construction difficulty is lowered, and the construction progress is accelerated; in addition, the sea sand is used for filling, especially in coastal areas rich in sea sand resource, resources can be effectively utilized, and the engineering cost is saved; and according to the method, static pressure is only needed once, repeated rolling is not needed, and the construction steps and the engineering cost are saved.
