The invention discloses a self-heat-dissipating and water-accumulating floor tile for an urban garden. The floor tile comprises a floor tile body. A water accumulating cavity is formed in the floor tile body, water inlets are formed in the outer walls of two sides of the floor tile body, a filter screen is mounted at each water inlet, a disc type groove is formed in the bottom of the water accumulating cavity, a bottom surface, a drain outlet of which penetrates through the floor tile body, is arranged at the bottom of the groove, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to a center position ofthe bottom of the groove through a bearing, and a disc type rotating plate is coaxially welded to the lower end of the rotating shaft. The self-heat-dissipating and water-accumulating floor tile hasthe advantages that in rainy days, the floor tile body can adjust rain water automatically according to the amplitude of rainfall: when the rainfall is small, the water accumulating cavity can collectrain water to cool the floor tile in high-temperature weather and when the rainfall is large, the floor tile has a draining effect to prevent a condition that recreational use of the floor tile by citizens as a water accumulating condition occurs on a sidewalk.
