The invention relates to a self-resetting ring spring and inhaul cable buffering system, a support and a bridge. The self-resetting ring spring and inhaul cable buffering system comprises a first hole-opening component, a second hole-opening component and a ring spring and inhaul cable assembly, wherein reserved ducts are formed in the first hole-opening component and the second hole-opening component; two ends of the ring spring and inhaul cable assembly are arranged on the first hole-opening component and the second hole-opening component correspondingly; the ring spring and inhaul cable assembly comprises two semi-spherical hinges located at the ends, two connecting screws, a stranded wire and two ring spring sets; the semi-spherical hinges are installed in the reserved ducts in a running fit mode correspondingly; the two connecting screws penetrate through the semi-spherical hinges correspondingly and are connected through the stranded wire; and each connecting screw is further provided with the corresponding ring spring set in a sleeving manner. Compared with the prior art, the self-resetting ring spring and inhaul cable buffering system has good damping and limiting capacityunder the horizontal and vertical earthquake action, self-resetting of the structure can be promoted, certain energy dissipation capacity is provided, structural damage is reduced to the maximum extent, and the structural post-earthquake recoverable performance is improved.
