The invention discloses a convenient-to-mount road soundproof board. The convenient-to-mount road soundproof board comprises a soundproof board mounting frame, a solar panel, a framework and a storagebattery, wherein a soundproof board main body is arranged at one side of the soundproof board mounting frame; the solar panel is arranged above the soundproof board main body; an LED lamp mounting frame is mounted above the solar panel; an LED lamp is arranged above the LED lamp mounting frame; a soundproof cotton layer is mounted inside the soundproof board main body; a framework is arranged atone side of the soundproof cotton layer; a back protective board is arranged at one side of the framework; and the storage battery is arranged on the back of the solar panel. The convenient-to-mount road soundproof board has the beneficial effects that: the soundproof board is mounted in a blocking connecting way, so that a great deal of mounting time is saved, and labor cost is reduced; and the LED lamp can be arranged to realize illumination, so that various functions are achieved, and energy is saved.
