Three methods for eliminating and guiding river flood
The invention relates to various practical technical schemes for flood fighting and disaster relief, in particular to three methods for eliminating and guiding river flood. The purpose is to transformriver channels of Yangtze River, Yellow River, Huaihe River and the like of China to facilitate elimination and diversion of flood discharge, eliminate or reduce flood discharge resistance and achieve the victory in flood fighting and disaster relief. The methods comprise the main steps that, a column bridge is changed into a suspension bridge, a riverbed where sand and mud are accumulated is excavated deeply, and structures, garbage, sundries and plants protruding out of a riverway in the whole watershed are removed; and dam-protecting and bank-protecting cement boards are laid on the waterwall surfaces of the embankment surfaces on the two sides of the whole watershed flow channel in a totally-closed mode, or the plate surface parts, immersed underwater, of the boards are coated with resistance-reducing materials in advance, the multiple schemes are combined and implemented, and finally the purpose of the victory in flood fighting and disaster relief is achieved.
本发明是多种抗洪救灾的实用的技术方案，简称为消导江河洪水三方法。目的是对我们国家长江、黄河、淮河等江河流道实行有利于消导行洪的改造，消除或减低行洪阻力，实现抗洪救灾胜利的目的。主要通过将有柱桥改为吊桥，将积累有沙泥的河床挖深和清除全流域凸出河道内的构筑物，垃圾杂物及植物；并对全流域流道两侧的堤岸面水墙面实行全封闭贴铺护堤保岸水泥板，或在该板浸没水下的板面部分预先涂布减阻材料，多种方案组合实施，最终实现抗洪救灾胜利的发明目的。
