The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall construction method, joint and connecting structure. The construction method comprises the steps that forward groove sections are formed in an underground structure by digging; first reinforcement cages with joints arranged at the ends are arranged in the forward groove sections, and cavities with the height higher than or equal to that of theforward groove sections are formed in the joints; concrete is poured into the portions, except the cavities, of the forward groove sections; backward groove sections adjacent to the forward groove sections are formed in the underground structure by digging after the concrete in the forward groove sections is solidified, and the joints are vertically cut to enable the cavities to communicate with the backward groove sections; second reinforcement cages and water stop belts located between the first reinforcement cages and the second reinforcement cages are arranged in the backward groove sections; and concrete is poured into the backward groove sections and the cavities. According to the method, the joint waterproof capacity of the underground diaphragm wall is improved.
