Anti-hole-collapse construction method for rotary excavating pile
The invention relates to an anti-hole-collapse construction method for a rotary excavating pile. The method comprises the following steps that survey and setting out of a pile position are carried out; a first section of pile casing is vertically inserted below a foundation layer from the center of the pile position; a next section of pile casing is vertically inserted below the foundation layer from the center of the pile position, the outer diameter of the section of pile casing is smaller than the diameter of the previous section of pile casing, and the length of the section of pile casingis larger than that of the previous section of pile casing; in the same way, the steps are repeated until the bottom end of an innermost-layer pile casing reaches the required depth of a pile hole; downward drilling is carried out with the axis of the innermost-layer pile casing as the center, and the pile hole is formed; a reinforcement cage is lowered into the pile hole; concrete is poured intothe pile hole for the first time, when the liquid level of the concrete just exceeds the height close to the bottom end face of the pile casing, pouring is stopped, initial setting of the concrete iswaited, and finally the innermost-layer pile casing is pulled out vertically and upwards; concrete is poured into the pile hole again; and in the same way, the steps are repeated until the liquid level of the concrete is flush with the surface of a foundation, and all the pile casings are pulled out. According to the method, the hole collapse phenomenon in rotary excavating pile construction can be effectively improved.
