The anti-blocking stainless steel drainer comprises a bottom groove and an adjusting groove, wherein the adjusting groove is formed in the top of the bottom groove; strip-shaped filtering holes are formed in the lower end of the adjusting groove at equal intervals; water filtering holes are formed in the outer part ofthe bottom groove at equal intervals; a blocking plate is connected into the adjusting groove in a sliding manner; a connecting rod is mounted at the bottom of the blocking plate; an arc-shaped plateis fixed at the end part of the connecting rod; water leaking holes are formed in the surface of the arc-shaped plate at equal intervals; the arc-shaped plate is connected into the bottom groove and the adjusting groove in a matched and sliding manner; a threaded rod is rotationally connected into the adjusting groove; a threaded hole is formed in the blocking plate; the end part of the threaded rod is in threaded connection into the blocking plate; and a screwing handle is arranged at the top of the threaded rod.
