The invention relates to a house vault structure and a vault house. The house vault structure comprises vault modules and a pre-tightening device, wherein the multiple vault modules are sequentially spliced in the width direction to form an arch structure; the pre-tightening device is matched with matching structures on the vault modules, the two ends of the pre-tightening device are fixed to thetwo vault modules at the two ends of the arch structure respectively, or the two ends of the pre-tightening device are fixed to an installation foundation of the house vault structure respectively, the pre-tightening device is used for enabling the vault modules to be in press fit to form the house vault structure, and the matching structures are arranged on the inner sides, the outer sides and one of the interiors of the vault modules. The modular design is adopted for the house vault structure, the prefabricated vault modules are pressed to be combined under the action of the pre-tighteningdevice to be set up and formed, and the vault modules can be prefabricated in advance and assembled on site according to needs. The modular house vault structure is low in manufacturing difficulty, short in construction period, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to install rapidly, capable of being used repeatedly and low in use cost.
