Assembly type wallboard component cast-in-place combined wall body
The invention discloses an assembly type wallboard component cast-in-place combined wall body. The wall body comprises a pouring beam body, a steel bar frame is poured in the pouring beam body in thelength direction of the pouring beam body, reinforcing ribs are poured at the top of the pouring beam body and located at the interval of the steel bar frame, the assembly type wallboard component cast-in-place combined wall body further comprises stand columns, and assembly grooves are formed in the inner walls of the two stand columns. The assembly grooves are matched with assembly blocks at thevertical ends of the two sides of the pouring beam body, a reserved window is formed in the pouring beam body, and a water guide flow channel is formed in the inner wall of the reserved window. According to the combined wall body, the assembled structural design is adopted for the wall body, accurate and convenient assembling operation can be conducted on the pouring beam body and the stand columns, the mutual limitation of the assembly grooves and the assembly blocks is combined, the effect of integrally reinforcing the combined wall body can be achieved, and meanwhile a rainwater flowing channel can be provided at the position of the reserved window through the preset water guide flow channel; and the phenomenon that rainwater permeates into the poured wall body to cause mildewing of the wall body is prevented.
本发明公开了一种装配式墙板构件现浇组合的墙体,包括浇筑梁体:所述浇筑梁体的内部浇筑有沿其长度方式的钢筋架,所述浇筑梁体的顶部且位于钢筋架的间隔处浇筑有加强肋,还包括立柱,两个所述立柱的内壁均设有装配槽,且装配槽与浇筑梁体两侧竖直端上的装配块相适配,所述浇筑梁体上设有预留窗口,且预留窗口的内壁设有导水流道。本发明中,该墙体采用装配式的结构设计,可以将浇筑梁体与立柱进行准确、便捷的装配操作,并结合装配槽和装配块的相互限制,可以对组合墙体起到整体加固的作用,同时通过预设的导水流道,可以在预留窗口的位置提供雨水流动的通道,防止雨水渗入到浇注墙体内而发生墙体发霉的现象。
