Composite energy-saving plate containing expanded graphite material
The invention discloses a composite energy-saving plate containing an expanded graphite material. The composite energy-saving plate comprises a panel, a functional layer and a bottom plate. The functional layer is formed between the panel and the bottom plate and comprises a base layer and functional material layers formed on one side or two sides of the base layer; the base layer comprises composite material strips arranged at intervals and honeycomb plate strips, a polyvinylidene chloride fiber fabric layer is formed on the surfaces of the two sides of the base layer to serve as a pressing surface layer, each composite material strip comprises a rock wool layer and a foamed polymethyl methacrylate layer, and expanded graphite powder layers are formed on the surfaces of the two sides of the foamed polymethyl methacrylate layers; and the functional material layers are light building filling material layers with the porosity larger than 30% and smaller than 45%. The composite energy-saving plate containing the expanded graphite material is low in density and good in stability, the strength of a light-weight wall can be obviously improved, and the good anti-noise, heat-insulation, waterproof, damp-proof and fireproof performance are achieved.
本发明公开了一种含膨胀石墨材料的复合节能板材,其包括面板、功能层以及底板,其功能层成型于面板以及底板之间,包括基层以及成型于基层一侧或者两侧的功能材料层;基层包括间隔设置的复合材料条以及蜂窝板条,并在两侧表面成型有一层聚偏二氯乙烯纤维织物层作为压合面层,而述复合材料条包括岩棉层以及发泡聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层,并在发泡聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯层的两侧表面分别成型有一层膨胀石墨粉末层;所述功能材料层为孔隙率大于30%小于45%的轻质建筑填充材料层。本发明密度低、稳定性好,能明显提高轻质墙体的强度,并具有较佳的防噪隔热、防水防潮、耐火防火性能。
