Connecting joint for H-shaped steel beam and steel frame light roof plate
The invention relates to a connecting joint for an H-shaped steel beam and a steel frame light roof plate. The connecting joint comprises the H-shaped steel beam and the steel frame light roof plate which are connected with each other, high-strength pressure-bearing bolts and shear-resistant bolts, wherein the H-shaped steel beam is an inequilateral H-shaped steel beam and comprises a web, high-strength pressure-bearing bolt connecting flanges and shear-resistant bolt connecting flanges; reinforcing meshes are welded to the outer sides of the main rib and the end rib of the steel frame light roof plate, are filled with composite core materials, and are fixed to the two sides of the non-equilateral H-shaped steel beam through joints; and bolt holes are preset in the high-strength pressure-bearing bolt connecting flanges and the shear-resistant bolt connecting flanges of the inequilateral H-shaped steel beam correspondingly. The connecting joint solves the connection problem of the prefabricated steel structure, and compared with a welding mode, the connecting joint has the advantages of being good in mechanical property, convenient to construct, fast in construction speed, good in economic effect, capable of shortening working hours and capable of reducing manufacturing cost.
