The fixed fabricated mounting assembly comprises a mounting base mounted on a wall, a connecting part detachably mounted on the mounting base and a locking part used for locking a wall panel body and connected with the connecting part. The connecting part comprises an upper connecting block, a lower connecting block and an inserting and connecting piece inserted into the upper connecting block and the lower connecting block, the inserting and connecting piece is used for fixing the upper connecting block and the lower connecting block, the end face, away from the lower connecting block, of the upper connecting block is detachably and fixedly connected with the wall through a fixing part, and the end face, away from the upper connecting block, of the lower connecting block is connected with the locking part.
