Pipelines needing to be placed are placed in pipe grooves between two partition plates in a classified manner by rotating the overturning plates, so that the effect of storing the pipelines in a classified manner can be achieved, then bolts on one partition plate can be screwed intoscrew holes of knobs on the other partition plate by screwing the knobs, and the effect of fixing the pipelines can be achieved.
