The invention discloses a vibrating compaction device used for concrete and an application method of the vibrating compaction device .The vibrating compaction device comprises a feeding mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a control mechanism and further comprises a vibrating compaction mechanism. The vibrating compaction mechanism comprises an oscillation motor, a supporting plate, a connecting rod, a storage chamber,vibrating compaction rods and elastic cushions, the supporting plate is welded in a body, the oscillation motor is in bolted connection to the upper portion of the supporting plate, the connecting rod is welded to the end of the oscillation motor, a round hole is formed in the supporting plate, the diameter of the round hole is larger than that of the connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through the round hole, the storage chamber is welded to the lower end of the connecting rod, and the interior of the storage chamber is hollow. According tothe device, multiple fixed long plates and racks are arranged to be beneficial to carrying, bolted connection is adopted as the connecting manner to be beneficial to assembling, a feeding pipe is a pipe to be beneficial to feeding during work, and a remote controller is arranged to be beneficial to equipment operation of workers.
