The auxiliary speed regulating device is characterized in that one end of the supporting plate is rotatably connected with a base, an angle device is arranged at one end of the supporting plate, and a pointer is arranged at the position, close to the angle device, of the base; one endsof two telescopic supporting feet are arranged at the two ends of the supporting plate correspondingly, and wear-resisting pads are arranged at the other ends of the telescopic supporting feet; one end of the telescopic cylinder is fixedly arranged at the other end of the supporting plate, and the other end of the telescopic cylinder extends upwards; one end of the telescopic rod is arranged in the other end of the telescopic cylinder in a sleeved manner, and the other end of the telescopic rod extends out of the telescopic cylinder and is located outside the telescopic cylinder; and one endof a connecting rod is perpendicularly connected with the other end of the telescopic rod, and one end of a rotating rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the connecting rod and fixed through a fixing lock knob.
