The invention provides a movable shelter laboratory with an improved ventilation system. The laboratory is characterized in that an experiment main space and a power equipment room are sequentially arranged in a space constructed by a cabinet body from left to right; the power equipment room is arranged at the right end part of the cabinet body; a transverse side wall door is arranged on the frontouter side wall or the rear outer side wall; an air supply main machine is arranged in the power equipment room, a first purification unit used for air purification is arranged in the air supply mainmachine, an air supply pipeline communicated with the experiment main space is arranged in a pipeline arrangement space, and the air supply pipeline is used for conveying air generated by the air supply main machine to the experiment main space; and an air return channel is arranged in the experiment main space, an air return fan directly communicated with an external space is arranged in the pipeline arrangement space, an air exhaust pipeline is connected between the air return channel and the air return fan, an air return system composed of the air return channel, the air exhaust pipeline and the air return fan directly exhausts air in the experiment main space to the outside, and an air outlet of the air return system is formed in the outer side wall of the cabinet body.
